Directions and Helpful Hints:

To get to the office from I-25, take the Yale exit and drive east for 1-2 minutes. Make a right onto Locust St. and the office is a block down on the right. Please park in the large lot on the south side of the building. Dr. Lytle’s office is towards the north side of the building on the second floor. In the waiting room, there will be a button to press to notify us that you have arrived for your scheduled visit.
